Open air art in Marsascala

The Marsascala council’s cultural committee recently organised an activity entitled ‘Arts in the open air’. The event was was held along the promenade in Marina Street.

On show were over 20 stands featuring various crafts.

Visitors were able to try their hand at some of the crafts and children took part in various painting, collage-making and drawing activities.

Residents at St Vincent de Paul home for the elderly exhibited hand-made crafts.

Various artists were on site ­capturing scenes on canvas of the picturesque bay and fishing ­village.
