I fully agree with Oliver Mallia’s letter (May 10), that Maltese citizens living abroad should be given convenient facilities to vote abroad, saving them the inconvenience of travelling to Malta.

I read that air fares at €33 were on offer for the referendum voting. On making enquiries at Air Malta and Malta House in London, both said they knew nothing about them. I wonder if a responsible person can provide the information.
