Boy, 8, still critical after Siġġiewi crash
The eight-year-old boy who was injured in a car crash in Siġġiewi on Monday remained in a critical condition at the hospital’s intensive care unit yesterday.
The boy, from Attard, was in the back seat of his mother’s car when it crashed into a tree in Mqabba Road at around 3.15 p.m. The mother sustained slight injuries.

My sincere wishes and hopes go to this wee boy for a full and speedy recovery and also for his mother's well being and state of mind to hope that he was fully strapped into a seat-belt when this unfortunate incident occurred.
