James Galea has been appointed food and beverage manager at Sliema boutique hotel The Palace. He joins the AX Hotels property from the Malpas Hotel and Casino in Cyprus.

His responsibilities at The Palace include the hotel’s three distinct restaurants.

A graduate in Hotel Management from the Institute of Tourism Studies, Mr Galea has held posts within Accor Group’s properties in Malta.
