Careerpassport has launched job site jobigloo.com featuring more than 170 career opportunities in its first few days.

The site sources posts from the databases of recruiters Konnekt and Pentasia and is planned to be Malta’s largest hub for career opportunities. The creators said its success was already evident: in just seven days from its launch jobigloo.com had over 1,300 visits from nearly 1,000 different users, and 9,123 page views.

Apart from a simple job search engine, jobigloo.com uses careerpassport’s powerful applicant management system, enabling employers and agencies to receive and manage applications and to interact with candidates online.

Employers can also use jobigloo.com as a standalone by directing candidates to their own corporate site or by askingapplicants to apply directly through a specific email address. For job seekers, jobigloo.com is specifically designed to simplify the job hunting process by being the first website in Malta which displays various vacancy positions originating from different recruitment agencies and employers on one site.

Jobigloo.com is equipped with highly intuitive tools that enable the users to search for jobs from all sectors by job title, industry, keywords or company name, making the search easy.

Jobigloo.com aims to become a ‘one-stop’ destination for all those who are looking for a new career opportunity.

The site allows employers to submit their vacancies directly onto this site or through an RSS feed.

Once posted, vacancies can also be shared on social networking sites and advertised for free.
