Labour Leader Joseph Muscat yesterday paid tribute to Maltese social reformer Manwel Dimech at his monument in Castille Place, Valletta. Speaking during the short ceremony, deputy leader Toni Abela called Dimech a visionary who was ahead of his time.

Labour Leader Joseph Muscat yesterday paid tribute to Maltese social reformer Manwel Dimech at his monument in Castille Place, Valletta. Speaking during the short ceremony, deputy leader Toni Abela called Dimech a visionary who was ahead of his time. Dimech died in exile 90 years ago in Alexandria, Egypt.
