The ENPI CBC Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme will launch a call for strategic projects during the first half of May.

The call will focus on the following six topics: Agro-food industry, sustainable tourism, integrated coastal zone management, waste treatment and recycling, water management and solar energy.

The procedure to apply for a grant consists of two phases: The submission of a concept note and the presentation of a full application form (only for preselected concept notes).

The resources allocated to the call are €62.4 million. The total eligible costs of the strategic projects shall consist of between €2 million and €5 million and the duration will be between 24 and 36 months.

Partnerships promoting a strategic project shall represent a minimum of four participating countries, including at least one EU Mediterranean country and one Mediterranean partner country.
