A solitary dolphin was spotted in the Grand Harbour by a group of friends out for a stroll in Vittoriosa yesterday. Jimmy Grima and his friends reported the dolphin to Nature Trust as it appeared to be tired. A spokesman for Nature Trust said it was monitoring the situation and had notified Mepa, which is the authority responsible for such matters. Mr Grima said locals in the Three Cities had told him the dolphin had been spotted in the harbour several times in recent days. However, it was not seen again yesterday afternoon.
