A 29-year-old driver of a horse drawn cab, karrozzin is in a critical condition after his cab was involved in an accident with a Kia Picanto along Pieta’ Wharf, at about 4.30 yesterday afternoon, the police said.The vehicle was being driven by a 22-year-old man from Birkirkara. The karrozzin driver is from San Ġwann.

Duty Magistrate Joseph Apap Bologna is conducting an inquiry.
