Sarkozy meets Libya’s Transitional Council head

French President Nicolas Sarkozy, left, shakes hands with the head of Libya’s Transitional National Council Mustafa Abdel Jalil yesterday prior to a meeting at the Elysee Palace in Paris. Britain, Italy and France yesterday announced that they are to send military advisors to Benghazi to help the Libyan TNC.
