Cash stolen in post office hold-up

Cash not exceeding €3,000 was stolen this morning from a Maltapost office in St Paul's Bay. The police said that an armed and hooded man entered the post office branch in Sqaq tax-Xema,  St Paul's Bay, and demanded cash. He then escaped with the cash.

The police said that an armed and hooded man entered the post office branch in Sqaq tax-Xema,  St Paul's Bay, and demanded cash.

He then escaped with the cash. No one was injured.

There were no clients in the office at the time.
