• Bay Street, St Julian’s, will be holding a Chocolate Fest today from 1-7 p.m. There will chocolates on display and activities will include chocolate sculpting and chocolate body painting. There will also be free samples and a stall selling figolli.

• The women’s section of Mqabba Our Lady of Lilies Musical Society is organising a full day of activities for families on May 1 from 10 a.m., at Misraħ il-Fidwa, next to Mqabba playing fields. Activities will include pony rides, go-karting, bungee jumping and the traditional carousel. Waste Serve and ‘Tal-Ġilju’ Junior Club will set up. There will also be an art exhibition, while members from the Civil Protection Department and the Police will give demonstrations. A bazaar will be open throughout the whole event.
