Abuse of Msida lane

Transport Malta recently established a traffic lane at the Msida roundabout that drivers are to use when heading to Valletta. I would like to inform the authority and/or the police this lane is being used as a fast lane by a considerable number of irresponsible drivers who use it to jump the traffic queue on their left and then turn to Rue d’Argens. A policeman or a warden on the spot is called for.
