• Gozo Bishop Mario Grech will lead the Way of the Cross from Ta’ Pinu Sanctuary to Għammar Hill today at 6.30 p.m.

• An international Easter celebration will be held at St Joseph parish church, Qala, today between 6.30 and 8 p.m. The University Junior College Orchestra, St Joseph Youth Band, pianist Matthew Tabone, the Magnificat Choir, soprano Ruth Portelli, Patricia Buttigieg, Roxanna Xuereb and artist Manuel Farrugia will take part.

• The JP2 Foundation will hold a concert at St Margaret parish church, Sannat, today at 7.30 p.m. in memory of the late President Emeritus Guido de Marco. The American School choir and orchestra of the UK will take part. Entrance is free.

• Lenten talks for adolescents and youths will be held at the Don Bosco Oratory, Victoria, between tomorrow and Thursday at 7.30 p.m.Franciscan Fr Joseph Magro will deliver the talks.

• On Friday, the feast of Our Lady of Sorrows, Masses at St James church, Victoria, will be held every half an hour between 6 a.m. and 1 p.m. Mgr Grech will celebrate Mass on the church parvis at 6.30 p.m., followed by a procession with the statue of Our Lady .

• Wirt Għawdex will be holding a lecture by Keith Buhagiar entitled ‘Comino – its archaeological and historical heritage’ at the Gozo Ministry, Victoria, on Friday at 6.30 p.m. A follow-up walk in Comino to visit these sites will be held on May 7.

• The diocesan Eucharistic Movement will hold a prayer evening at St Anthony the Abbott church, Xagħra, on Saturday at 8 p.m., followed by Mass at midnight.

• The Legion of Mary Youth Committee will be holding the Lord’s Supper at Ta’ Pinu sanctuary complex on Saturday. The activity starts with the Via Crucis with the participation of Mgr Grech at Għammar Hill at 6.30 p.m., followed by the Lord’s Supper.
