Zwieg bla Divorzju, the anti-divorce movement, has urged the Broadcasting Authority to allow the movements in favour and against divorce to produce more spots for broadcasting ahead of the May 28 referendum. This would ensure that the people would be more aware of the impact which the introduction of divorce would have, and take an informed decision.

The movement also said it disagreed with a directive issued by the Authority requesting broadcasters to submit programme details before the broadcasting of any production on the family or marriage. The directive gave the impression that marriage and the family were a matter of controversy when this was not the case, the movement said.
