Napoli v Lazio

Lazio boss Edy Reja is full of admiration for the job Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri has done this season.

Reja, who led Napoli himself from 2005-09, has spoken of his respect for his opponent on the eve of the meeting between the two tomorrow.

"Mazzarri is doing an excellent job," he said.

"They are fighting for the scudetto and are doing really well. I'm very happy for them."

Napoli are third in Serie A, just three points adrift of leaders AC Milan with eight games remaining.

Mazzarri's team have won five of their last seven games, including a 2-1 triumph over Cagliari in their previous match.

"They have a strong team, especially in attack," Reja added. "They have built a side that can achieve great things in the near future and I really hope they win the league title this season."

Napoli are just one point behind second-placed Inter Milan.

AC Milan meet Inter on Saturday.

Lazio, meanwhile, are looking to remain in the race for a top-four finish to qualify for the Champions League next season.

The Romans beat Cesena 1-0 last time out and are fifth, two points adrift of Udinese, who are fourth.

"We have done really well up to now," Reja said. "But we have to end the season in the best possible way.

"In order to reach our aim, we have to give our all in our last eight games."

Reja expects an intense end to the campaign for his side, starting on Sunday.

"We have a difficult calendar," he said. "We must show personality and confidence.

"Only by doing that, will we be able to battle against anyone."

Lazio will be put to the test by a Napoli side that remain unbeaten at the San Paolo since October 25.

To complicate matters for Reja, he will without trio Stefan Radu, Cristian Ledesma and Francelino Matuzalem who are all suspended.
