Yoiuth in the maltese islands have no mountains no pro-sports no ice skating etc... so what can a 17 year old student who works his fingers to the bone all week and studies , what must he do to releive the stress? There's only one place which is paceville so let us young people have fun and don't make it a fuzz if someone is drunk
the reason I think you are making such a fuzz is that now you are too old to enjoy pacevilel and so you want to make us pay but pay attention we are strong minded and no one will bring us down ;)

Hold on a minute...........it's illegal to be intoxicated in public in Malta??? Surely that means a whole lot of crimes are being committed in Paceville every night and in every feast around the country?

Heh good one G Mangion ...... now we should therefore set up a Call Centre (a big one, mind you with hundreds of employees) specifically to receive calls on public intoxication ...... given the thousands of youths who are drunk in Paceville every weekend. Can you imagine a situation where everyone carries out "His Duty" and reports everyone he sees under the influence of alcohol ... especially during the weekend? Are you serious?

tom, it;s one thing to be intoxicated and sitting it out quitely and another thing being intoxicated and causing trouble. And tthis rambo was causing a disturbance. and so the police had to take action and get him fit. I would have preferred if this rambo was given a bit of police medicine so that it would teach him a thing or two in civic manners. But being in a "democratic country" we have to accept the norm. arrest and to court.
Any thing wrong in this procedure?
