Bus passenger taken ill (2)
On March 16, at around 11 a.m., a tourist on bus No. 65, (number plate EBY625) felt sick. The driver phoned for an ambulance and met the ambulance on Tower Road. The bus driver was present throughout, even helping the tourist get off the bus into the ambulance. I wish to praise the bus driver for his kindness towards his passenger. This is the kind of bus drivers we need in Malta.

Yes, thankfully there ARE gentlemen driving our buses. Although we must keep in mind that he did nothing 'out of this world', as it is HIS responsibility towards the passengers in such emergencies. However, it is these 'small' things, done with dedication, that distinguishes a true gentleman, like this driver, from the cowboys. I do hope that ALL Arrive drivers are of the same calibre of this man. Well done, unknown gentleman.
