• Regardless of the kind of commercial guarantee given, consumers have a two-year legal protection on goods purchased.
• It is our consumer responsibility to report any defects as soon as possible not later than two months after discovering the defect.
• If the remedy opted for by the trader causes us significant inconvenience which cannot be resolved, we may request another solution.
