New MFA president Norman Darmanin Demajo has failed to be elected to the UEFA executive committee.

Michel Platini was uncontested as president for a second term, while the seven members elected to the committee from the 15 candidates were Ángel María Villar Llona (Spain) , Şenes Erzik (Turkey), Peter Gilliéron (Switzerland), Grigoriy Surkis (Ukraine), Borislav Mihaylov (Bulgaria), Sergey Fursenko (Russia) and Mircea Sandu (Romania),

Honorary UEFA membership was awarded to Antonio Matarrese (Italy) and Joseph Mifsud (Malta) for their long and meritorious services to European football.
