While Ryanair is expanding its routes to marketing development, Air Malta, the new low cost airline as envisaged by E&Y, is shrinking itself without any new market routes except to close itself to 8 aircrafts and meditating how to sack employees and what employees to sack, while thinking only how to cost cutting without generating any new revenue. This type of reason d`etre is only tactical while there is nothing for the long term of Air Malta. This means only one thing that even the brains of a baby can tell anybody what it is. There is no future for Air Malta except having the same fate of the MDD, Sea Malta, Mid Med bank and all PN Gonzi regime history re-written for economic masaccares of the 21st century.
