Microsoft names new country manager for Malta

Adrianna Zammit has been named Microsoft’s country manager for Malta.

Ms Zammit has a clear picture of Microsoft Malta’s vision for these coming months and years, based on the values of presence, innovation and people.

A Maltese-American, Ms Zammit holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. She brings with her extensive global experience in IT, engineering, sales, and executive management from Fortune 500 companies.

She said her first goal was for Malta to “truly feel Microsoft’s presence and impact”, not only with customers, partners and the community but also with the government. She added Microsoft had unparalleled resources, technologies, and expertise globally. Coupling with the local presence, Microsoft had all the necessary tools to propel the government’s position as an eGovernment leader in addition to fulfilling the vision to make Malta a centre of excellence by 2015. “ explains Adrianna Zammit.

The Microsoft Malta team is made up of nine members with a broad range of expertise in sales, services, marketing and technology specialists.
