Gozo Classic on Sunday

The Greens Cycling Club will hold the second edition of the Gozo Classic Road Race in Nadur on Sunday.

The event is being organised in collaboration with the Nadur Local Council and the Kunsill Malti ghall-iSport.

The 6.4km circuit features a 1km climb and a winding downhill together with flat sections, the ideal setting for a cycling road race.

This circuit will host the third stage of the Tour ta’ Malta in a few weeks’ time and therefore, Sunday’s race will aid the preparations of the Maltese riders.

The race is open for riders in various categories, with the main race held over 12 laps for a total distance of 77km.
