Joshua Zammit has been elected president of the Malta Employers Association, succeeding Pierre Fava.

Mr Zammit is an organisational development and human resources practitioner with 13 years’ experience in the public and private sectors.

He trained as an organisational psychologist, obtaining a Master’s degree from the University of Hull and later moved into management consultancy.

He has held various senior level positions in public organisations and is currently employed with Actavis Ltd with roles at local and corporate levels.

He has also been involved in consultancy, teaching and speaking engagements locally and internationally.

Mr Zammit has been involved in the Malta Employers Association for six years.
