Several new projects and additional phases of existing developments will be unveiled at the third edition of the Malta Property Expo, which will be held by Duplex Real Estate Branding next week.
They will include:
- Depiro Point, consisting of 150 one- and two-bedroom apartments in the heart of Sliema;
- Giardini Grove, a development in the heart of Balzan with 40 family apartments and maisonettes, with landscaped grounds providing a unique, serene environment;
- Madliena Village, consisting of 27 luxury apartments in the third phase of the development. The apartments, in a small, gated community with many amenities, have terraces overlooking the valleys of Għargħur and Madliena, with seaviews in the distance;
- The Quay, overlooking the Ta’ Xbiex yacht marina, consists of 13 luxury apartments; and
- The Oaks, situated right in the centre of Siggiewi, within walking distance of all amenities, consists of 60 two- and three-bedroom family apartments and maisonettes with optional garage.
The fair will be held at the Malta Fairs and Convention Centre (MFCC) in Ta' Qali and will group major developers, top real estate agencies, banks, branded developments, interior designers, finishing companies, furniture importers and manufacturers.
The fair will be held between March 17 and 20.
It will also feature the Real Estate Forum, being organised in collaboration with EMCS Conferences, with an introductory seminar on Friday afternoon, including a presentation by EMCS managing director Adrian Said on ‘The smart way forward – A vision for the future’.
A full day, including lunch, follows on Saturday with the theme ‘Where are we, and where do we want to go… And what is possible!’ Among the speakers are economist Gordon Cordina, and top executives from HSBC Bank Malta, the Malta Environment and Planning Authority, ReMax and Duplex REB.
A panel discussion, chaired by Dr John C. Grech, chairman of EMCS, will be held in the afternoon with the participation of Michael Falzon, president of Malta Developers Association; Ian Casolani, president of the Federation of Estate Agents; Perit Vincent Cassar, president of the Kamra tal-Periti; and MEPA chairman Austin Walker. Ideas and direction on the way forward concluded from the two day seminar will be presented to the government after the forum is concluded.
