• All products purchased must be fit for purpose and as described.

• When goods are defective or not as described, the seller is liable to provide a remedy, such as repair or replacement or, failing these, part or full refund.

• A remedy can be claimed within two years from delivery of the product.

• Proof of purchase is necessary to claim one of the remedies granted by law.

• The trader must be informed of any lack of conformity within two months from discovery of the defect.
