Mamo TCV Advocates, the Valletta-based law firm, has named four previous associates as new partners.

They will be responsible for niche growth areas.

Antoine Camilleri is responsible for the department handling intellectual property and anti-counterfeiting, competition, general commercial law, communications law, media and tech­no­­logy law.

He graduated Doctor of Laws in 2001 and obtained a Master of Laws – Magister Juris (European and Comparative Law) in 2002.

Daniele Cop graduated Bachelor of Laws from the University of Antwerp in 1997 where she later obtained a Licentiate in Law.

She graduated Master in Economic Law from the University of Brussels in 2001. Dr Cop’s areas of specialisation are financial services, corporate and EU law.

Stephen Muscat, whose expertise lies in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, shipping law, international maritime law and general commercial law, graduated Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 1997 and obtained a Master of Laws Degree in International Maritime Law later that year.

Simon Schembri is currently completing a Chartered Insurance Institute (London) qualification and works in various fields including corporate law, trusts, insurance law, competition law, real estate and development, general commercial law.

Dr Schembri graduated BA in Legal and Humanistic Studies from the University of Malta in 1998 and later as Doctor of Laws.

Mamo TCV Advocates evolved from the merger of Tonna Camilleri Vassallo and Co. and John Mamo and Associates in 2000.

It is one of Malta’s largest legal practices and has been top ranked by Legal 500, IFLR 1000, Martindale-Hubell, Chambers Global and Chambers Europe.
