A new supply of property for rent that exceeds the usual demand has led to a slight but noticeable drop in prices, according to real estate company Belair.

This is a phase the market experiences from time to time. However, Belair is confident things will bounce back shortly. Short let and holiday rentals have seen a remarkable increase as bookings start rolling in for the upcoming summer season.

The company has extended its services to specifically cater for first-time buyers by engaging new consultants.

After having spent a number of years providing clients with property management services in partnership with an external management company, the company has restructured itself to be able to offer a more personalised service through its in-house property management division.

This service, together with the provision of insurance services, enables the company to offer a one-stop-shop for all clients’ real estate needs. It will be headed by Steve Ganado.

Belair’s real estate magazine is out with The Sunday Times tomorrow. It is designed by Mediamaker Ltd and printed by Progress Press, both members of the Allied Group of Companies.
