Georgia Segal tries out the Orba Garra Spa treatment which uses garra fish to remove dead skin from her feet, at the Superdrug store on London’s High Street Kensington. Garra rufa fish naturally flock to human flesh in their original habitat in Turkey. They feed on the dead skin of humans, which they have done for hundreds of years and which is how their healing qualities were actually discovered in the first instance. People have found relief for hardened skin as well as particular skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.
