British frigate HMS Cumberland last night arrived in Grand Harbour, bringing over some 250 British workers from Benghazi. Workers from other countries were also on board.

The frigate docked just after 2 a.m. and was greeted by paramedics who offered assistance to the exhausted passengers after their 30-hour journey in rough seas.

The frigate is to head back to Libya to be on hand for another evacuation, if necessary. Another frigate, HMS York, is also in the area.
