Restore our faith in the national airline (2)
I was a passenger on the Air Malta plane leaving Tripoli on Monday and wish to pay the highest compliments to the captain and crew. The captain delayed the aircraft for about two hours while waiting for the very last possible passengers to fill the plane. The crew showed exemplary behaviour in calming nervous passengers while we were waiting.
A truly humanitarian action for the people who boarded the plane last.
Very well done indeed.

A truly magnanimous tale of exceptional assistance afforded passengers by Air Malta in time of need and one which should be commended, Mr.Burke .However, contrastingly one wonders if you paid for this flight yourself and if so did you buy it fairly currently to coincide with the vastly raised tariffs recently introduced by Air Malta on the Tripoli route?

And in spite of this full commitment and dedication, half of the Air Malta Staff are being fired out of their job.
