Romeo Bone's bail decision confirmed

The prisoner who stands charged with stalking PC Mario Portelli, the whistleblower on an alleged crime gang led by former police inspector David Gatt, remains on bail after Judge Lawrence Quintano this morning confirmed the court’s decision.

Romeo Bone was last Friday granted bail against a personal guarantee of €15,000.

The Attorney General appealed his bail but Mr Justice Quintano confirmed the decision.
