Hospital roundabout in pitch darkness

At least for the last five weeks if not longer, the roundabout leading to Mater Dei Hospital and right up to the Valletta/Birkirkara intersection has been in pitch darkness and I’m wondering, is it possible that no one has noticed it or reported it...

At least for the last five weeks if not longer, the roundabout leading to Mater Dei Hospital and right up to the Valletta/Birkirkara intersection has been in pitch darkness and I’m wondering, is it possible that no one has noticed it or reported it before now?

Could someone kindly take note and please expedite before some big accident happens? I don’t think that this could possibly be some exercise in economy though I suppose that the huge increase in salary some of our members of Parliament have given themselves has to come from somewhere.

Perhaps before wasting more than €80 million on a useless new Parliament building we could get some minister or other going round Malta, notebook in hand, and putting down all the things that need to be done to bring Malta up to date and not looking like a Third World country.

Yes and I’m sure that pigs will fly before that happens.
