A 35-year-old mother-of-10 was accused in court today with shoplifting from a pharmacy, a supermarket and four clothes shops between December 2 and yesterday.

The woman, Liza Pace, of Paola, pleaded not guilty but was remanded in custody because she has no fixed address.

Her three youngest children, who were living with her, are now living with her mother-in-law.
