The fourth edition of the Movie Spectacular concert will be held at the Mediterranean Conference Centre, Valletta, on May 15.

The Malta Philharmonic Orchestra will play a number of soundtracks of the best blockbuster films of all time.

Excerpts of the films will be projected during the performance. Music to be performed includes that from Harry Potter, Beauty and the Beast, Lupin and La Vita è Bella.

Special guest Alex Bezzina, a Maltese-born trumpeter who has studied and is currently working in London as a jazz trumpeter and composer will be performing music from the movies in a jazzy style.

The Movie Spectacular concert is under the musical direction of Kevin Abela and produced bySigmund Mifsud. Tickets are available from the box office of the Mediterranean Conference Centre, Valletta or from www.mcc.com.mt.
