As part of the launch of the 10th edition of the Best Business Plan Competition, JCI Malta is holding an introductory workshop on ‘Opportunities and entrepreneurship’ at Q bar, Valletta Waterfront.

on Wednesday between 6.30 and 8.30 p.m.

The aim is to get to know what constitutes an entrepreneurial opportunity – perception, windows of opportunity and the importance of innovation; hear all about putting this into practice and see it work thanks to a real life testimonial by Sandra Zammit, Smooches Malta; and try out the opportunity identification exercise.

JCI vice-president Toshiharu Shimizu, from Japan, will be the special guest.

The workshop will be led by Leonie Baldacchino, from the Edward de Bono Institute for the Design and Development of Thinking of the University of Malta.

This session is free and is open to members and non-members. Interested participants are asked to e-mail Annalisa Schembri at annalisa.schembri@jci.org.mt or call 9987 4711.
