Tigné Point incentive

Tigné Point has launched a new sales incentive on its properties.

Anyone purchasing a new apartment in the recently completed T10 block will benefit from a €25,000 voucher to be redeemed on home furnishings, smart home systems upgrades or kitchens from Astral, The Atrium, Fino or Satariano Homes.

James Vassallo, senior manager for sales and marketing at Midi, said, “We have partnered with leading suppliers in Malta to offer this one-off incentive. The range of products that can be purchased is extensive.”

Designed by Aom partnership with interior finishes by Pippa Toledo, T10 has proved popular with local and foreign homeowners as well as a growing number of buy-to-let investors.

Prices start from €600,000 for a 200-square-metre seafront ­property.
