Last year, I submitted an application to Enemalta for a rebate on the solar water heater. A corporation official came to my home to inspect and confirmed that the application will be forwarded for processing to the accounts section.

I have called customer care to inquire on two separate occasions over the last four months and their replies were that they are waiting for a decision as to who is to issue the cheque, Enemalta or ARMS Ltd.

I kindly request that the competent authorities have the strength of mind to reach an early conclusion on this matter.
