I would like to commend the Passenger Assist Service at the airport.

My companion and I recently returned from Malta on a Ryanair flight and I would like to express my thanks to both the airport staff and Ryanair for the professional manner in which the staff treated us.

The Maltese staff were extremely courteous, so much so that one of them who had helped us on our arrival remembered us and asked if we had a nice holiday.

Well done and thank you.
