Richard Spiteri, 39 of Valletta has been jailed for 18 months after being convicted of loitering for the purposes of prostitution.

The case took place on August 18, 2006.

He was also convicted of offending public morals while in a car in Albertown, Marsa, stealing a mobile phone and breaking the conditions of a previous release.
