Professional fitness instructors Celine Fenech Adami and Gillian Grech are organising courses in exercise to music and gyminstruction.

The courses are geared towards those who do not hold prior qualifications but wish to become certified to teach aerobic classes, work in a gym or simply for their own knowledge.

Personal training courses are planned for those who already hold a level two qualification and short modules in indoor cycling, step training and body conditioning are also planned.

The curriculum covers both theory and practical sessions for both courses, ensuring students are aware of correct technique when teaching studio classes, or when handling gym equipment.

Ms Fenech Adami and Ms Grech have worked in the fitness industry for 15 years. They have been running professional courses in fitness instruction since 2008 and have trained a number of instructors now working in local gyms.

The courses are internationally recognised and verified by OCR UK (Oxford, Cambridge and Royal Society of Arts), which means the certification is recognised worldwide. The courses start in the first week of March and will carry on for 16 weeks. All students will be examined by verifiers from OCR UK.
