Bridges, tunnels... garages

Bridges, tunnels, airstrips. Leave Gozo alone! We are lucky that our sister island is still relatively green. We have ruined the main island. Why should we ruin Gozo too?

I appeal to Parliamentary Secretary Chris Said to use his energy on local councils, where a lot of work still needs to be done. The list is endless. Let me just name one: When is there going to be enforcement, by proper legislation, to make sure owners maintain their garage doors and the immediate vicinity in a proper state? Where are the politicians, mayors and councillors? All they need is to look around and see the number of garages left in a dilapidated state, to the detriment of home owners nearby. Will the mentality of “I am alright, flip you Jack” continue to be permitted?

Where are our so-called European standards? We are miles behind!
