Supermodel Stone transformed into Marilyn Monroe... for a photoshoot

Supermodel Lara Stone was transformed into Hollywood legend Marilyn Monroe for a Comic Relief photoshoot.

Ms Stone recreated the famous scene from Monroe’s film The Seven Year Itch where her dress blows up as she stands on a subway grate – complete with dozens of red noses.

The model, who is married to Little Britain star David Walliams, said: “I had so much fun being Marilyn Monroe for the day and recreating such an iconic shot with a Red Nose twist. It was an honour being asked to take part in such an important campaign.

“Red Nose Day is such a simple way for everyone to get involved and raise money to help the people that need it most.”

She still has some way to go to match the fundraising exploits of her husband who swam across the English Channel in 2006 for Sport Relief.
