In answer to Michael Debono’s pitiful question “What more proof does ARMS need?” (January 22), may I suggest he writes to the secretary of the Finance Minister sending copies of all his letters, invoices, etc.

For about seven months or so I had a problem dealing with ARMS about wrong invoices and, in spite of numerous registered letters, e-mails and my refusal to pay bills and added interest, I had to resort to the minister’s secretary.

The problem was, to my relief, immediately and amicably solved after a few days to my full satisfaction without having to step outside my home.
