The popular Sunday open market is to move from St James Ditch just outside Valletta to the Park and Ride in Blata l-Bajda as from Sunday, November 13.

Works have just started on the building of a new bus terminus at St James Ditch.

The Secretariat responsible for small businesses said that talks had been held with the stall owners, with the priority having been easy access to the market.

Bus route 198 will operate to the Park and Ride.
