Simone Meneghini is to take over from Ivan Gaffiero as manager of Bank of Valletta’s Milan representative office.

Mr Gaffiero has managed the Milan office for the past four years. Mr Meneghini started his career with Bank of Valletta in 2002 and has acquired experience by performing various duties at the office in Via Paolo da Cannobio.

In Milan, Bank of Valletta seeks to promote and facilitate trade between Maltese and overseas businesses by acting as a link between the banking group and foreign investors.

This office is actively involved in promoting Malta as an international financial services centre and also serves to strengthen the relationship between the bank and financial institutions in Milan and the region and organises regular events.
