Search for body sighted at sea
The Armed Forces of Malta this morning are expected to resume the search for a body floating in the sea in the Fawwara area, as reported by local fishermen yesterday.
The AFM launched the search a while after the fishermen made a report at about 4.30 p.m.
A rescue launch was sent to the area indicated but the search was suspended at about 8.30 p.m. to be resumed this morning.
Sources said the rescue launch was replaced by a patrol boat after it developed engine trouble.
