JCI Malta is holding a workshop on goal-setting for self-development entitled ‘2011… becoming my potential’, delivered by business and executive performance coach David Brient on Saturday.

Having a goal enables individuals to focus their energies on devising ways to achieve it. By setting goals, one starts working both on a conscious and subconscious level to develop an action plan. One may find oneself coming up with amazing ideas and solutions to problems or obstacles that have been in the way of achieving one’s goal.

(It is advised that participants come dressed in comfortable clothes and trainers as some physical activity will take place.)

David Brient is an executive coach and a martial artist. He specialises in coaching business people to raise their performance. He employs coaching methods and NLP strategies along with physical training programmes to raise self-confidence and enable clients to realise their true potential and overcome their fears.

Registration is between 9 and 9.30 a.m. The three-hour session will be held at Misco Offices (Floor 1), Fino Buildings, Mrieħel.

To book a place, e-mail Clayton Mercieca at clayton.mercieca@jci.org.mt or call 7909 1984.
