• Commercial guarantees must be given in writing and should include information on what the guarantee covers and how long it applies for.

• Check if the commercial guarantee can be used in Malta and who the local agent is.

• Across the EU, the same basic consumer rights apply.

• When we submit a complaint against a foreign European trader, we can file a complaint with ECC Malta.
