‘Tea for Two’ at Sagrestia Vault

A concert entitled ‘Tea for Two’ will be held at Sagrestia Vault, Valletta Waterfront, on January 23 at 5 p.m.

Tea for Two – a popular song from the famous 1950 musical film No No Nanette, starring the actress/singer Doris Day – will be performed during the concert.

The concert will also feature songs and arias from the classical musical films such as You’ll Never Walk Alone from the musical Carousel.

The programme will also include lighthearted songs from West Side Story (1961), Oklahoma (1955), The Sound of Music (1965) and Romeo and Juliet (1968).

Soprano Marita Bezzina and tenor Frans Mangion will perform together with pianist Ramona Zammit Formosa.

The audience will be served tea to complement the theme of the concert.

‘Tea for Two’ is organised by Barocco Cultural Events.
